Delivery & Returns
- DELIVERY AND RETURNS
1.1 We deliver to your door so Fluffy can have his meal on time.
We deliver everywhere within the South African borders. Delivery would be to the nominated address as verified on your Oneplan Pet insurance policy (should this be different please ensure you make this change on checkout). Please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery after processing and payment of order.
If we do not deliver within 5 days you may CANCEL your order e-mailing email@example.com within 7 days, provided:
- The delivery is not accepted and item/food is returned with the courier in its original state; and
- If already received, return to Onepet Store in its original state, within 7 days from receipt and/or cancellation.
The cost of delivery is calculated on Fast and Furious Couriers Rates base on area (Main or Regional) and weight (all products in single order) and included in the checkout price.
1.2 If FLUFFY doesn't like it, we'll take it back.
If your Fluffy doesn't like the food you bought from us, whether you got it delivered or picked it up, simply e-mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org and return it in the original package to our OnepetStore Outlet along with your receipt within 30 days. We will exchange with something your pet prefers.
Got your receipt? Within (seven) 7 days of purchase, new items with unopened packaging and receipt will be refunded.
- Credit and debit card purchases will be credited to the same card within 5-7 working days.
- Cash purchases will be refunded into nominated policy premium account, or to the Onecard unless otherwise instructed.
- If you bought a discounted item, the reduced price will be paid back to you and not the full price.
No receipt? We're happy to issue an exchange or store credit at the lowest retail price within the last 60 days of your purchase. Please e-mail email@example.com
Products that you or any other person has altered, repaired, incorporated or added to where such alteration, repair, incorporation or addition has not been authorised by Oneplan is EXCLUDED and we will not be able to take it back.
Refunds, credits, and exchanges require your name, address, and SA ID or Driver’s license and will be paid back within 5-7 working days.
1.3 Fraud Prevention
Onepet Store reserves the right to refuse, in the interest of fraud prevention, processing any payment for any order, and/or to cancel any purchase partially or completely, with notice given to you. Onepet Store will be responsible for returning funds for the cancelled portion of the order to you only if you have already paid such funds.
Onepet Store warrants that it has taken all reasonable precautions to secure the credit card processing that is carried out to receive payment for your purchase. But it cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on your or Fluffy’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result from the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that you or Fluffy may inadvertently have installed on your device or not installed, be that as it may.
